Protect DEI Initiatives in North Carolina

House Bill 171 would prohibit state agencies, local governments, and schools from maintaining or implementing diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives or programs, and remove state funds if these DEI initiatives continue.
Protect workers' rights to picket

Senate Bill 484 rhreatens peaceful assembly and free expression by broadly redefining “workplace violence” to include peaceful activities such as mass picketing and obstruction.
Don't Criminalize Voter Registration!

House Bill 127 aims to criminalize individuals and organizations who are simply trying to help others participate in democracy through voter registration.
Protect the Separation of Powers in Government

Senate Bill 58 would prohibit the Attorney General from taking legal action against any statute passed by the NCGA or any executive order issued by the President, undermining the separation of powers.
Tell lawmakers to reject the SAVE Act

The SAVE Act would require voters to present a birth certificate or U.S. passport to prove their citizenship when registering (or re-registering) to vote in federal elections.
