On June 30, 2022, the U.S. Supreme Court decided to take up Moore v. Harper, a gerrymandering power grab that will make it even easier for North Carolina politicians to restrict the vote, draw gerrymandered maps, and cast doubt on election results, making it harder to turn public demands into public policy.
