It’s time to stand up for Early Voting access in Forsyth County for the 2018 General Election! Attend the Forsyth County Board of Elections meeting (Forsyth County Government Center, 201 North Chestnut St., Winston-Salem, NC 27101), on Tuesday, June 26, at 5 p.m., where the BOE will discuss hours and options for the county’s 17-day Early Voting plan during the November 2018 General Election. The Board will discuss:
**which satellite locations to open in light of the new scheduling mandates passed by the NCGA last week,
**whether those satellite voting locations will be in areas accessible to underrepresented voters, including those serving communities of color and student voters, and
**whether to adopt strong weekend hours during the 17-day Early Voting period.
