Join us for this month’s Democracy Coalition Meeting!
This month we will get together virtually to hear from our amazing Campaigns Director, Sailor Jones, for an early “What’s on the Ballot?” Training, so that we can start educating our neighbors and friends.
We will also develop a plan to ensure that all communities in our county are aware that voting by mail is an option that they should sincerely consider for this cycle. COVID-19 is still here and not going anywhere fast, so we want to make sure that all are able to vote during this period, and do not overlook this safe and secure option for voting.

What is the Democracy Charlotte Coalition? Our Local Coalition brings together organizational representatives and individuals who agree to work together to change and use the political system so it equips people to take action, promotes grassroots leadership, and serves “the good of the whole.” We want an elections process that is accessible, fair, and secure. And we want a government “of, by, and for the people,” that fosters equity, solidarity, and justice.
