Need a ride to the February 10th Moral March on Raleigh?
We are partnering with NAACP to coordinate a bus to depart from Fayetteville at 7:00 AM and take a charter bus to Raleigh for the Moral March. The bus should return to Fayetteville around 3:00 PM.
What is the Moral March on Raleigh? The Historic Thousands on Jones St (HKoJ) Coalition holds an annual mobilization called the Moral March on Raleigh & HKoJ People’s Assembly. Each year, on the second Saturday in February, thousansd of HKoJ marchers flood downtown Raleigh, NC where the HKoJ People’s Assembly convences and ultimately marches to the North Carolina State Capital. In 2007, the HKoJ Coalition sanctioned and signed a 14-point People’s Agenda and then worked to transform the agenda into comprehensive reform bills that have been introduced in legislative sessions. In 2017, the annual march grew to approximately 80,000!

WHAT: Ride to Moral March on Raleigh
WHEN: Saturday, February 10, 2018, bus departs at 7 AM; bus returns around 3 PM
WHERE: The bus will meet riders at the local NAACP office (707 Murchison Road, Fayetteville 28301).
