The 2020 elections will be here soon, and North Carolinians agree: we need voting options that will work for all. But if left unchanged, current policies — from long-gerrymandered districts, to last year’s cuts to early voting, to a new voter ID law — could mean a recipe for disaster for our state’s voters in next year’s high-turnout presidential election.
At this forum, experts from Democracy North Carolina, Southern Coaliton for Social Justice, and You Can Vote will be on hand to provide information, resources, and ways you can act now “for the people” of North Carolina.
