Follow Along with Democracy NC on Election Day

Millions of North Carolinians have already voted, and all eyes will be on Election Day turnout as millions more attempt to make their voices heard. Follow along with election experts from Democracy North Carolina, Southern Coalition for Social Justice, and other coalition partners, as we share the latest from our voter assistance hotline hub (888-OUR-VOTE). We’ll spotlight our thousands of volunteer “Vote Protectors” assisting voters on the ground, and provide the latest turnout data updates from our research team. You’ll also hear heartwarming stories of first-time and seasoned voters, learn how we use volunteer intel to help County Boards of Elections fix problems in real time, and be able to stay abreast on any polling place problems.
